You may recognize the problem before you know what to call it.

A missed lead, duplicate entry, or slow report may look like a small issue. Often it is a sign that the tools and the way people work no longer fit together.

01

Leads fall between channels

Website forms, campaigns, calls, inboxes, and follow-up are handled in different places.

02

Staff repeat the same work

Spreadsheets, duplicate entry, memory, and workarounds take time away from customers.

03

Owners cannot get a clear view

Follow-up, workload, customer progress, and results are difficult to understand quickly.

04

New tools keep piling up

Platforms and vendors are added one at a time, but the day-to-day work never becomes simpler.

Three practical ways to get help.

You do not need to choose before reaching out. Start with a clear plan, solve a defined problem, or keep an experienced technology partner close as the business grows.

AIT USA Institute · Ongoing technology partnership

AIT replaced scattered lead and day-to-day work with one CRM the team could actually use.

Alvaro worked alongside the team to understand the process, build the system, train staff, and keep improving it across a multi-location organization.

“Alvaro doesn’t just tell us what to do—he sits with the team, finds the real problem, and makes the solution work. For AIT, he has become the person we rely on for anything technical.”

Alvaro Denegri · Founder & Technology Partner

The person who hears the problem stays responsible for the work.

There is no sales handoff. Alvaro listens to the team, explains the tradeoffs in plain language, builds alongside the business, and stays close enough to make sure the solution works in practice.

A clear process, with fewer handoffs.

The work moves from understanding the problem to helping the team use the solution, with decisions and responsibility kept in one place.

01

Understand

Listen to the owner and team, follow the customer journey, and see where time, leads, or information are being lost.

02

Choose

Explain the tradeoffs and agree on the smallest useful step before work begins.

03

Build

Design, connect, test, secure, and document the solution with one accountable partner.

04

Put it to work

Train the team, support early use, and improve what real day-to-day use reveals.

A direct recommendation

You will hear what I recommend and why, including when the right answer is smaller or simpler than expected.

One accountable partner

Planning, implementation, testing, training, and follow-through stay connected instead of disappearing across handoffs.

Built with your team

The people doing the work help shape and test the solution so they can use it confidently after launch.

How delivery is handled

What you may want to know before reaching out.

01Where should we begin?

Most relationships begin with a Digital Systems Diagnostic. If the problem, scope, and implementation path are already clear, an Implementation Sprint may be the better starting point.

02Can DENEGRI work with our existing team and vendors?

Yes. The goal is to make the operation work better. That often means coordinating internal staff, existing platforms, specialists, and vendors rather than replacing everything.

03Do you only advise, or do you also build?

Both. Alvaro provides direct guidance and can remain responsible through design, implementation, testing, training, and early support.

04How are engagements scoped and priced?

Diagnostics and implementation sprints are defined around a clear scope and outcome. Ongoing partnerships use a recurring structure. Specific fees follow an initial conversation because complexity, responsibility, and delivery needs vary.

05What happens after a system launches?

A launch includes early support, team training, and refinement. Continued improvement can stay inside the project scope or become an ongoing fractional partnership.

06Where does DENEGRI work?

DENEGRI is based in New Jersey and works with businesses in person or remotely when the work is a good fit. Conversations are available in English or Spanish.
