01 / Before & after

Keep the business. Improve the experience.

The refresh built on what the shop already offered: a wide range of physical and digital services, familiar imagery, and direct ways to reach the team.

Before / The starting point

A website that needed repair.

Alvaro reported that the old site was broken. The preserved WordPress capture provides a more specific view: several malformed image URLs returned fallback responses or 404s instead of usable images.

Useful service information and media were still available to recover. The work was to turn that material into a clearer, usable website.

Source capture: 16 May 2026. No verified screenshot of the broken site is available for this comparison.

After / The current experience

A clearer path from services to contact.

Visitors can browse services by category, see the shop’s public imagery, and find a quote request alongside call, text, and WhatsApp options.

The refreshed page loads on desktop and mobile. The screenshots below show the public experience observed on 13 October 2026.

02 / The work

Practical improvements, built around the shop.

01

Recover the useful material

Preserve the shop’s service information, contact details, and relevant media. Replace failed image references with local assets.

02

Make the services easier to explore

Organize vehicle graphics, signs, printing, apparel, and digital services into a browsable catalog with category filters.

03

Bring the next step into view

Add a clear quote entry point and direct call, text, and WhatsApp links. Collect project details in one place before the email handoff.

04

Make it work on a smaller screen

Adapt the navigation, service cards, and contact section so visitors can browse from a phone as well as a desktop.

The contact handoff

Project details ready for an email.

The form gathers the project type, preferred contact method, and project details, then opens the visitor’s email app with a prepared message. Call, text, and WhatsApp provide other ways to reach the shop.

This case study does not claim automatic CRM intake or a completed quote submission.
